However, remember that we sell Raw honey, which means that the honey contained in the plastic jar will crystalize (thicken) over time, or may already be in the process of crystalizing depending on the time of year that you order it.
If you would like to get the most out of your honey, we recommend purchasing our raw honey in glass jars.
