Are you looking for another wild flower blend to try out? Check out this seasonal varietal! We’ve named this honey Acacia after the acacia trees and rabbit brush flowers that the bees were visiting while this honey was being harvested in Wickenburg, Arizona. It also contains other seasonal wild flowers from the Wickenburg area.

If you enjoy honey in your tea, Acacia Bush is an excellent sweetener. Though, we recommend putting it in hot beverages due to its crystalized texture.

We have found that this honey is very similar to the Winslow Sumer Harvest honey in texture, but it has a yellowish coloration and a sweeter flavor. This Acacia honey is one of our unique small batches of seasonal raw wild flower honey. It was harvested by the beekeepers at Arizona Desert Honey Co.
