Arizona Citrus Honey

Description

Our Beekeepers harvested this Arizona citrus honey around Yuma Arizona. It contains a blend of honey harvested from the orange, grapefruit, lemon and tangerine groves.  If you enjoy a floral raw honey, this is an excellent seasonal varietal. Additionally, our Arizona citrus honey is crystallizing (thickening) which makes it easy to spoon into tea or coffee.

The Arizona citrus is likely going to crystallize (thicken) quickly. So, we recommend heating it back up (just slightly) if you prefer your honey to have a liquid consistency.
