The diverse geography in Arizona creates many different kinds of wildflower honey, depending on what is in bloom where the honey is harvested. This desert wild flower honey was harvested from Fountain Hills in the 2020 spring season. It has a beautiful marbled gold white and yellow coloring.
This honey is very thick. It crystallized (thickened) very quickly after it was bottled which is why it is light in color. We recommend our customers try a scoop of this honey with a slice of brie on a cracker.
