I. Title
The following terms may be used to reference the sweepstakes promotion within this document “2020 Fall Honey Giveaway Basket Drawing” or “Honey Gift Basket Giveaway” or “Gift Basket Giveaway” or “Giveaway Basket” or “Drawing”.
II. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to be entered into the Drawing for the Giveaway Basket. Only one entry per person is permitted. Purchasing honey or other products from Absolutely Delightful will not increase any participant’s odds of winning the 2020 Fall Honey Giveaway Basket Drawing.
III. Description
The 2020 Absolutely Delightful Fall Honey Giveaway Basket Drawing is a sweepstakes drawing sponsored by Absolutely Delightful Arizona Honey, or ADAZHoney.
Entrants to the Drawing sweepstakes promotion must agree to the terms and conditions this document outlines to participate in the Drawing.
The 2020 Fall Honey Giveaway Basket will be awarded to one lucky participant only. The winning participant will be chosen at random and contacted on December 7th 2020.
The winning participant must claim their prize from Absolutely Delightful Arizona Honey at any of the Absolutely Delightful locations including Absolutely Delightful Arizona Honey’s Farmers Market Booths located in Phoenix, Arizona.
The contents of the Gift Basket Giveaway are worth an estimated $140 in retail value.
Participants may submit entry to the Drawing between November 19th 2020 and December 5th 2020 through the designated website form located on ADAZHoney.com.
All entries submitted after December 5th 2020 at 11:59 PM Arizona Time will be considered invalid entries. All duplicate entries will be invalid and illegible to win.

IV. Eligibility
To participate in this sweepstakes drawing participants must:
- Be 18 Years or Older with a Valid form of Identification (such as: A Driver’s License, State Issued Identification, or School Issued Identification)
- Submit entry to the Drawing between November 19th 2020 and December 5th 2020. (All entries submitted after December 5th 2020 at 11:59 PM Arizona Time will be considered invalid entries)
Entries submitted by participants who are employed or otherwise contracted by Absolutely Delightful Arizona Honey will be considered invalid entries, and will not be eligible for in the drawing.
Duplicate entries, or otherwise, entries by the same participant using alternate contact information to complete the web form submission may be deemed ineligible.
All Participants of this contest certify that upon winning the Drawing, they will arrange to claim their prize at an Absolutely Delightful location in Phoenix, Arizona.
All participants of this contest agree that Absolutely Delightful Arizona Honey is not responsible for compensating the winning participant for travel expenses (such as, but not limited to: gas money, taxi fees or public transportation fees) incurred by the participant in the claiming or collection of the prize.
V. The Prize
There will only be one prize package given away in the 2020 Fall Honey Giveaway Basket Drawing. The average retail value of the basket is estimated to be $140.
VI. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Drawing by filing out and submitting their entry through the Giveaway Basket web form located on the Absolutely Delightful Arizona Honey website between November 19th 2020 and December 5th 2020.
Participants may not enter the contest via email. All entries emailed to Absolutely Delightful or our staff members will be deemed ineligible.
Participants may not enter the contest by submitting their contact information through the Contact Us page web form on the Absolutely Delightful website.
Participants may not enter the contest by calling Absolutely Delightful or our staff members to submit their entry.
VII. Winner Selection
The winning participant will be chosen through random selection. Eleanor, the business owner of Absolutely Delightful Arizona Honey, will choose a random participant on December 7th 2020 to win the 2020 Fall Honey Giveaway Basket Drawing.
The odds of winning the Drawing will be dependent on the number of entries submitted.
VIII. Winner Notification
The winning participant of the 2020 Fall Honey Giveaway Basket Drawing will be contacted by Absolutely Delightful Arizona Honey using the contact information that they (the participant) submit upon entry to the Drawing.
The winning participant will be permitted one week to claim their prize. If the winning participant does not claim their prize by December 14th 2020 by 12:00PM Arizona Time, the prize will be forfeit and Absolutely Delightful Arizona Honey will choose by random selection, a new winning participant.
IX. Privacy
Participants that submit entry to the Drawing acknowledge and agree that Absolutely Delightful Arizona Honey may use the information participants submit to contact them regarding future promotions or offerings.

X. Social Network Disclaimers
Absolutely Delightful’s 2020 Fall Honey Giveaway Basket Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

XI. Winner Disclosure
The winning participant will be announced through Absolutely Delightful’s Social Media Accounts on the day of the drawing, and listed on the Giveaway Drawing page on ADAZHoney.com.
